Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to the Blue Skies Ahead Raffle (the "Raffle") organized by Paula McIntosh, PJM Photography (the "Organizer"). By entering the Raffle, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as any additional terms, guidelines, or rules that may apply. Please read them carefully.

2. Eligibility

• The Raffle is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older as of the entry date.

• Employees of PJM Photography and their immediate family members (spouses, parents, siblings, and children) or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate.

3. Entry Period

• The Raffle begins on October 26th at 12:00 pm EST and ends on October 29th at 11:59 pm EST.

• Entries received after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

• Each entry requires the purchase of $20.00 from www.pjmphoto.com or in-person at the Blue Skies Ahead fundraising event on October 29th, from 5:00 pm EST - 7:00 EST.

• Entries must be submitted in accordance with the instructions provided by the Organizer.

5. Prize

• The prize for this Raffle includes: a gift card to Framebridge ($250 value), a Teil Duncan art print ($100 value), a set of dinner napkins and tablecloth from Julia Amory ($210 value), a ‘Grand Slam Bundle’ from Short Court ($415 value), a framed print from PJM Photography ($530 value), a Charleston sweater from Beau & Ro ($138 value), a swag bag from the Mahjong Line ($140 value), a Self Care Basket from Crunchy Hydration ($100 value), a robe and pajama set from Lake Pajamas ($270 value), a 16” toggle necklace with flower charm from Goldbug Collection ($380 value), an interior design consultation from Mary Eliza Interiors ($300 value), a gift set from Red Clay (value unknown), and a handbag selected by Hampden (value unknown).

• All prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable. No cash alternative will be offered.

6. Drawing and Winner Selection

• The winner will be randomly selected on October 30th by the Organizer or an authorized representative.

• The drawing will take place at PJM Photography.

• The Organizer will notify the winner via Email within 48 hours after the drawing.

7. Claiming Prizes

• The winner must claim their prize within 7 days of notification.

• If a winner does not respond within the specified timeframe, they will forfeit their prize, and an alternate winner may be selected at the Organizer's discretion.

8. Taxes and Expenses

• Any federal, state, or local taxes associated with the receipt or use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner(s).

• Winners may be required to complete and submit tax forms or additional documentation.

9. Personal Data and Privacy

• By entering the Raffle, participants agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information in accordance with the Organizer's Privacy Policy, available at www.pjmphoto.com.

• Winners agree to allow the Organizer to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

• The Organizer and its affiliates shall not be liable for any damage, loss, or injury resulting from participation in the Raffle or from the acceptance or use of any prize.

• The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or modify the Raffle if it is not capable of running as planned, including due to technical failures, fraud, or other causes beyond its control.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Carolina.

• Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Raffle shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Carolina.

12. Miscellaneous

• The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Terms and Conditions or engages in fraudulent or unlawful activity.

• Any attempt to tamper with the Raffle entry process or undermine the legitimate operation of the Raffle may be a violation of criminal and civil laws.
